open tracker granada brakes
Anyone here use the 600 dollar granada brakes from open tracker? Anyone know how they stack up agaisnt the similar product from baer or ssbc.
For the cost, it seems that this would be the way to go, for any conversion (unless you have a granada lying around)?
cheers

i used discbrakeswap.com's kit. the guy's name is dennis andthe customer service is great, any problems i had got worked out very quickly. i highly reccomend his kit. it comes with everything you need, and i believe there isa forum discount of about $50 if you just tell him your part of the forum. im very satisfied with my kit so far. oh and for me it was $560 including shipping not to mention they come with some nice slotted rotors. i think you will be better off going with dennis' kit.

the performance is probably not as good since the SSBC has 4 piston calipers and the granada just has single piston calipers. the SSBC is also much easier to install from what i heard, you dont have to touch the spindels or deal with any of that stuff. oh and that reminds me, i was able to sell my old spindels for $70 bringing the grand total for my brakes to $490. not bad if i do say so myself.
you gotta remember the granada brakes are off a ford granada a production car the ssbc or baer are more like race brakes ford did use a 4 piston cailper on the early mustangs kelsey-hayes you can get them from http://www.abspowerbrake.com/
