Yup, usually some neon tubes. Illegal in a lot of places though, as it causes a "distraction" for other drivers. [>:]

Yeah, that is definitely a ricer thing. Why would anybody do that to a classic mustang?

This is what underglow is Soaring:

I don't know how it would look on a mustang though. But if that's what you want then go for it, it's your car.

P.S. I like your wheels I'm thinking about those on my car.

Distraction? I thought it was because the legislatures had good taste.

OK, this is what ricers do, but with your car it could look hot! i used to be into all that stuff so i hope i can help out a little. The top dollar get what you pay for is STREET GLOW, they have a lot of nice stuff, i had a 1988 caddi el derado black on black with a blue street glow neon kit. 2 12" sub (still have). Now my opinion of the neon bulbs is not so great cuz they tend to break if your car bottoms out hard, so then i went and found some LED stuff that was brighter and could take a beating, IT was some garbage stuff though so ITs all prefrence. My honest oipinion is to go with the LED based on three things 1)life length
2)durability 3)easy to work with.
