Anyway, I live in Southern California, anyone have any idea what the insurance for a 68 coupe or fastback would be for a 16 year old

when i wa s16 we had my classic insured as everyones second car esp since a truck is cheaper on insurance for a teen so i was always on the truck or family car etc. but we paid 210$ a yr for liability

So you are saying that when I get one, assuming im still at home, that I should keep my name insured with the jeep and have the mustang under my dads name or something so that its got his insurance policy on it not mine. Good idea never thought about that

if you want a job try finding something in town / gov. might be hard since youre 15.. but anything could work. the reason the town / gov jobs pay so well is because most of the people have no idea what they are doing, and the people in charge have no idea what you actually do. I'm working for my town for the third year this summer (maintaining the local park, public pool, etc) and have gotten a dollar raise each year, so now I'm up to $10 an hr. I'm not sure if I should save and buy a rifle this year, wait one more year and get a pistol, or keep saving and get a sweet stang after college.

Yup parks and rec is who I work for. It may not require much work, and you probably could slack off, but if you work hard it shows, people notice, and it also makes you a better person. True about the guns, I just want to get some before I can't anymore. Definitely will get my Class A next year though regardless.

Trust me im going to work and ill get a mustang. I'm a hard worker. When i said I HATE WORK, I meant more that I hate the idea of work. I've done small jobs here and there but I dont like the idea of finding a job, you know? i more just wish i had one.
