Default Hello

Hello everyone,
I am new to these forums but I love mustangs. I came to these forums because I wanted to know how much a 1968 mustang Fastback and Coupe are worth. I would like prices for 289 V8s. So If you could post prices of 68 Fastback and Coupes I'd really appreciate it. I'm looking for this for my first car since i'm 15. I have a car already but I'd rather have a mustang than a jeep.
Thanks again all!

Craigslist.com and Ebay.com are 2 good place to check prices. A 67-68 with a 289 would be more affordable than the bigger motor cars of those years. A coupe is most affordable, with convertibles and fastbacks being more expensive.

It's impossible to give you a price without knowing the condition of the car. As mentioned, look on Craigslist and Ebay and pick out a car, then come back and ask. We just need a ton more of information since there is no blue book value on these cars.

I found this one on craigslist, I don't really like the color but other than that is it worth the price on it? http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/bar/335938448.html I can live with the color. He doesnt give enough info about his car though does he?

the car looks like a good deal, but i could be wroing, check it out first, test drive it. look for rust, check for holes. look under the car, trunk, engine bay, check if windows roll up and down, anything you can think of, check it.

Ya true to all that. The bad thing about my family is taht my dad and bro are chevy guys. My dads got a 67 vette convertible SB and a 65 vette coupe SB. All his friends are chevy guys. I guess I could ask one of them to come though because his knowledge of cars is astounding. And I'll have to get me a job first. I can't wait till my dad decides that Im a good investment for baseball.
