wiring and ignition switch overload issue

gotta a 66 coupe 6 popper,,, seems like every couple months the wiring at the back of the ignition switch,,,( main one off the center tap) goes flakey and gauges quit, radio conks out and aftermarket ac quits,,, pull the cluster out wiggel the wire and everything works, main dash harness replaced with new one from Mustangs unlimited,, reg one not painless or what ever ....,( the guys who can't get shipping addresses right,,,,, see previous post) and a new igniton switch from Auto Zone,,,replaced the connector on the wire...... same business... any ideas?

seems almost like their's an over load or something
