I had five point harnesses in both my off-road toys. Despite the harnesses(and helmet), I still got a busted knee and a broken back. The toys survived, it's my bod that has the scars. Would I do it again - hell yeah! (except for the busted knee and the broken back). Now, what are you intending on doing that will require a five point harness system?

Just curious about how they look and I would like to run my car on tracks. I don't exactly see the stock seat belts keeping me safe. I need to replace them anyway they are not gonna match my new color.

I have mounted simpson 4 point harnesses, no crotch harness cuz I have ***** and I havent had the car at the road course/off road course yet so i dont think anyone is going to make me. i mounted them to my roll bar from the roof, but im adding a cross bar so they sit 3" lower than my shoulders while im in the seat, much safer. I have stock seats. Ill get you some pics tomarrow! found an old pic on my autolog profile

What would be the proper way to mount them?
