About an hour or so some SOB rear ends me. Im put my blinker on to turn left and this SOB gets on my *** I know he knows Im about to turn because I had my signal on for atleast 100 something feet. well Im about to turn and I see his head lights get closer and right when Im turning the SOB rear ends me I begin to go out of control i see him speed off and so i accelarate and im going full speed to catch up. Im atleast going 90 and who knows how fast he is going I catch up and Im on his *** trying to get his plates I get my phone dial 911 and make sure this lady gets the exact plates I tell her im going pretty fast and he was trying to get away. I told her I ran some stop signs not knowing they were there because he is just going and running them . He finally stops and i stop he doesnt get out or anything and then he takes off but i got his plates and thats all that matters. the cops come and ask what exactly happened I let them know everything. I told them it was a older year model lifted truck and i never even seen what they looked like.I also reported whip lash. here are two pics.

I fixed them for you guys. Yeah man i was so pissed off im glad my tire didnt get stuck or anything or else i wouldnt have been able to catch up with him. He was going pretty fast. I hope he really gets it

he should keep the police report and make sure you called your insurance car wrecks always suck you get hurt or stuck with out a car just relax and let the insurance company you use handle it its there job

 

Yeah im keeping my report and going in to the insurance tomorrow . Im pretty out of it right now if they hit me and they would have just stopped would have made things much easier but the fact that they tried to take off makes me just freakin mad,

I thought about changing the license plate but i just wanted to keep the original black ones.

 

Gets a new plate, blast it and paint it the color you want.

That sucks about the car dude, if and when you find the dude who did it, Id sue em for their truck and then some cash for repairs then sell the truck for for $20 or get it smashed.

 

I'm sorry to see this. You should have followed them and got a possitive ID. What's going to happen is, if they didn't catch him driving, the owner will say he wasn't driving and he doesn't know who was. Then the California police will say there is nothing we can do since there is no proof of who was driving the vehicle. His insurance, if he has any, will have to cover the damages but that's about it. I hope I'm wrong but that's how it usually happens. Good luck papi.
