In your opoin
So currently my 70's coup is a straight 6 with a 3 speed manual. i want to go with a v8 auto. at first i wanted to throw a 351 in but im feeling thats to heavy for the car i also heard there was more aftermarket parts made for the winsor. i just want to get some of your opions on what you would put in. i want some horsepower for sure. my hard headed neighbor says no matter what i do i wont be able to bet him in a race with his 93 talon turbo charged. so i have to rub it in his face.

a 351 will fit no problem, its just that to convert to a v8 from an i6, obviously other then the engine itself, your gunna need new motor mounts, new tranny, and a new rear axle, at least an 8inch ford, also ned brakes to handle the v8 power. its a very expensive process
Its a Mitsubishi Eclipse sold by Dodge. Same body, same parts, same everthing down to nuts and bolts and interior trim. Same thing with the 3000GT and Dodge Stealth. Made by Mitsubishi with Mitsubishi drivetrain and everything else, but wearing Dodge logos and sold by Dodge.
With a minor add in boost those things can be surpringly quick. I worked on one that a guy just had a boost controller, wow, that thing was quick.
And whats a BMW beamer??? Is that a special model? [8D]
