rust in the cowl

how do i take the cowl off to sand some rust off?

Get some C-4.
You have to remove the windshield and then drill out about 200 spot welds. Putting it back is as tedious. Interested now?
I've not tried this, but spraying in some rust inhibitor (POR-15 ?) thru the slots and then painting it might work. It's the lazy way out but the other is major surgery.

lol 200 spot welds.... yeah i dont have that kinda time right now, to busy training for Iraq. I dont leave till 09, but there are plenty of other places they can send me before then.
