Timing Question

Default Timing Question

Is the Vacuum Advance on 67, 289 timed vacuum or full vacuum advance.Can anyone explain the differance.

Timed vacuum.

Timed vacuum comes on after the throttle is opened.

as far as I know you should pull the vacuum advance hose from the distributor and block it while you're adjusting timing.
Isn't that right ?
