sorry if this is a dumb question but my cars a 5 lug inline6 i tryed carfax.com but didnt give me information on it. where should i go?

by the way the vin # is only 11 number/letters long every where i check it should be at least 17

What year car do you have and L engine code is a 69/ 70 250 6 banger only
