Default Best Floor Pans

I need to replace only sections of my floorpans. The floor under the rear seat and the seat pans are still perfect. However the places where you put your feet both front and rear are rusted on both sides, with the driver side possible salvageable. I only want to do the sections and not a full pan because I want to keep as much original sheet metal as possible.

So my question is, what source carries the best quality floorpans? I'm talking about fitment and the thickness of the metal. What have you all had good experience with?

I might simply pick some up from my local mustang shop, but the parts might be crappy, so I want to hear all of your opinions.

Thanks in advance!

Buy the "Made in the USA" pans. The fit is better and all the grooves and indentions match up better. The Chinese pans are cheaper but aren't quite the same. I had this happen on my passenger rear quater, the scoop at the end isn't as deep as the door! Haven't gotten to it yet though! Try Mustangs Unlimited.

M.U. carries both makers. I usually recomend them, they are about 40 minutes from my house and have great customer service.

Drive the 90 miles up to Ventura and see what NPD has. If you like what they stock, you'll at least save on shipping. Be advised, if what you are look for is advertised as made from originalFord tooling, that's the best choice. Andas the mail order stores buy their stock from the same manufacturers, there is no difference - except price.
