BALLIIIIINNNN!!
The photographer was a local fireman who retired to be a professional photographer. His work has appeared on the cover of Time magazine and in many nature type magazines. I had to 'audition' my car at his studio. Try http://www.ronkimballstock.com/for a lot of good pictures. I just did and found three more of my 65 and one of my 66 GT K FB.

could actually be a nice car if he:
1) burned those rims
2) shot whoever installed that massive tach/guage pod in the center of the dashpad
3) got rid of all of all the rediculous trunk ****

I don't like the Shelby letters on the trunk lid either.
With all the money the guy spent on the car, you would think he would have spent some money on the engine. It's was pretty disappointing when I got to the engine pics.

The car was definately rushed.... I think that eBay listing could be considered full of false information. Item received not as described, someone is gonna get burned if they beleive it is "THE BEST MUSTANG RESTO-MOD ON THE MARKET." As for the car it needs much work: the lines don't line up, I see rust through the paint, the engine bay is not done well etc.... I am suprised there is not a sold as is line in his auction. You can't claim to have the best, with out the best amount of work...
Lets experiment. Write an e-bay type ad on your restomod and compare it to the one that is in the original post. Go ahead, do the embelishments, ignore the 'flaws', list the features and then post here as a test. Remember, the whole idea is to sell the car. See how you compare. Madison Avenue - look out.

I don't mind the stuff in the trunk. Just drop a floor mat down so you don't have to see it. The screen on the dash issilly though...as are the fake AMG wheels.
Personally, I think the Shelby rear andt-bird lights look kinda odd on a coupe, but it's not like I'm being forced to buy or drive it, so whatever floats their boat.
On the plus side, the cars they've built in the past look pretty good.

To be honest, the seller in question here did post pictures revealing flaws that anyone who knows better will see. I still have a problem with some of his statements though.

Go back and click on the e-bay link, scroll down to the last picture and check out the 'custom trunk lid elevation system'.

I just see a lot of things that make me visualize a couple of people working on the car constantly telling each other "good enough! hurry, we need to get the electronic trash in the car yesterday".
I hope that the builders were young and inexperienced, and like I said before, I don't mean to run them down, but I had to respond to their statement,, I just could not help it,, does that make me a "bad person"?
