289/351w swap?

I have a stock 68 coupe w/289, 2v carb. I am considering a swap and putting in a 351w, 4v, swap out current 3 speed trany to a 5 speed. What things should be considered? Rearend? Drive shaft modâ€™s? Mounts? Firewall modâ€™s ect
