Default 73 Coupe value

I have an opportunity to buy a 73 Mustang coupe. It is a 302/auto, non A/C car. It had an electrical malfunction under the dash, and will need a wiring harness. It has been sitting about 10 years, and some dumb kids busted the windows and tail lights. Other than that, it is complete, rust free and restorable. Can you experts give me an idea what it is worth? I have tried to include some photos; hopefully they will work. Any constructive opinions are appreciated!
Thanks, Importsmasher

i was thinking 500.00, glass is expensive and interior is shot, floors probably arent solid since it has been getting rained in, mice, and other rodents probably had a poop fest in it so mold is probably gonna be in there also!

Thanks for the responses! Ryan, thanks for the offer, but I am looking at this asa low budget car that I would slowly fix up as finances allow. The $300-500 price range is about what I thought. I am looking to get this for around $200-300. I am in Phoenix, so I am not too worried about the floor being rusty. I had a quick look, and it looks solid. I know the interior will need replacement, but every Arizona car does anyway. I figure it's hard to go too far wrong with a $300 car that is for all intents rust free! I'll let you know if I end up buying it.
Thanks, Importsmasher
