Default Pulled my engine!

Well, I wrestled that thing out of there today and it was not easy! As a newbie I am pretty proud of myself. What i learned? disconnect the exhaust from the manifold... oops . it needs replacing anyway... Here are a few pics if anyone's interested.

Ha... the braces not being off might have something to do with my ignorance...lol. it was definitely a process but satisfying to see it final up and out!

yea when you finally get it out, its a good feeling, had to pull the original i-6 out of my car, then put it in a 62 falcon, then had to put a 302 in my car, it blew up, had to pull it out, and then had to put a new 302 in so yea, it is a process in which you feel relieved and accomplished when its done. i was also wondering if you were planning on rebuilding your i-6 or if you were going to do a v-8 swap?

I'm going to rebuild the i6. i have thought about the swap but for now i am sticking with it. part of it is cost. it seems from what I've read on the forum that it is quite a process.
