Default kickdown cable

I've got my new gas pedal and my new throttle cable, to simply the process, but now I've hit a stump. What about the kickdown cable? I would prefer not to buy another cable, but it looks like I may have to. Anyone hooked up a kickdown cable after installing a throttle cable? Does anyone have pics? Thanks

There should be an arm welded (or clamped)on the accelerator linkage that comes thru the firewall. The arm goes down to the transmission where there is an 8 inch long cable to the tranmission itself.

...I know, but that is disappearing. I am putting in a throttle cable, and the arm is being taken out
