1966 Rear Question...?
SSBC has a great set I put on my '66 for around $900. talk about a huge difference in stopping power!
The rear discsare a little less, but Ipurchased areally good pair of porterfield brake shoes that work great with the rear drums. I saw a used set of original discs plus calipers, running at $300, but I'd question the thickness (and measure it yourself) before buying a used set.
Everyone is aware of the Granada swap, and charge for it, then never both to mention you needtie rod endsand sleeves to make itfit. For the money, you're probably better off buying new. There is a company back east. . .brakemaster???
but he admitted they were generic GM brakes, discs and calipers for about $750.
The SSBCs are correct, and when replacing parts, it's same as the factory fordparts, and you can get parts from anylocal parts house, in other words, "I need front pads for a '66 mustang", not a'68 nova.

Disc brake were a stand alone option for 64 to 66 Musangs V-8 cars. They were included in the GT option. If you buy a used set, be prepared to shell out between $400 and $600 for new and rebuilt parts; calipers, rotors, hoses, master cylinder, proportioning valve, etc. They will not be power assisted. You would be better off paying for a disc brake kit at $1000.

Soaring. I tried to type in the discbrakeswap web page in the ad that you posted for Dennis Ginsberg. You have posted that before but I have never been able to find his site for prices. I have always gotten a search engine for brakes. Is his site current or do you have another way of contacting him? I looked all through that site you posted and didn't see any other way of contacting him.
