Default Car wont start, something electrical...

Just yesterday and days before it my car started up flawlessly, I couldn't ask for anything better. But just today I was schedule to have a car alarm and immobilizer installed that the damn car wouldn't start, had to cancel the appointment.

Basically the car isn't getting any power, not even getting head lights. The car battery is brand new, but just for tests sakes I tried out another battery that i know works and still no power. I have replaced the Solenoid and starter cables, still no luck. I took a peek at the fuses and they look fine.

Iam hoping I can get it firied up today for I have another apointment to get it aircared tomorrow.[:@]

Has the ground cable come loose. Follow negative from battery and make sure it is secure to block.

Hah, I just got my car started. I am not sure if I was being an idiot or if it was just a rare fluke but all i did was move the washer on the starter cable solenoid to the out side between the cabel and bolt. Once I did that I got my power back.

When I wasent getting any power before I moved that washer I made sure that all the bolts were tight on the solenoid so reguardless of the washer location I would think it should have been sending power. That being said I have no idea why I wasnt getting power.
