go to a paint store that deals in auto paint. You might have to look in the phone book for a store.

Blue, what exactly is wrong with the fenders? Just unpainted or mismatched colors..? Pictures?

I personally would just leave it alone till it is time. They dont match now, if you rattlecan them they still wont match, so whats the difference?
you could say they are mismatched...

rattlecan to make them at least bule
That is the way it is supposed to be,,,,,, right?

You could just tell everyone that the suede ferders were a rare option.....

If I were you and didn't want to invest in tools, I would just take it to a body shop and have them paint the fenders, you should be able to get that done for about $300.00 give or take... They can match the paint, somewhere between "perfect" and "pretty close".

If you have a paint code number or name of the color that is on the car, www.towerpaint.com can match it.

id ignore the fenders since there is paint on them wrong color wont hurt anything right now.get it safe to drive and keys for it and enjoy it paint ac and couple other things you can put off a little later.even mis matched colored people still turn heads when i had my 68 in primer driving it people still looked at it going by.

If it were me...I'd take the fenders off...(since I'm going to be doing brake/suspension work anyway..make it easier), get a quart of matching paint, and take them to a local body shop and ask them to shoot them when they have some spare time over the next couple of weeks. Offer them 100 bucks to scuff and shoot.

You'll be more pleased with the results than rattle can paint.
