No it is easy, just make sure you repair/replace/upgrade things like tranny, suspension, brakes, rear, and cooling system to match up to your power levels. If it was a v8 car originally and all you are putting in is a stockish 351w just make sure everything is in good working order. After that you can consider updates/upgrades as appropriate to meet your driving needs/performance goals.
It does fit just fine, I have a 351W in my 67. It is a lot larger engine than a 302 or 289 though. You don't appreciate how much bigger until they are side by side on the garage floor.
im pretty sure its the same block as the 289, just different bore size, i think it will be pretty easy..
Nope. The 351 is like a 289/302, only with a taller deck (longer stroke), therefore making it taller AND wider . The wider is what is most concerned with when putting it into something pre 1969. With a 1967 it shouldn't be too much trouble at all, but spark plugs might prove a small challenge, but nothing like a 65/66.

Not a problem at all - plenty of room. With a taller deck though, you need to be careful what intake manifold you use if you have a stock hood. If you get a tall intake manifold, then the air cleaner may hit the hood. Shelby-style hoods help here...
