lol sry....my comp. hasn't been working
Not sure how old the core is, but I do have a 192 degree stat in there. I know its not stuck open, its brand new. Now Im thinking it may be the control valve...
thanks...i figured it would be the core, condsidering I hadn't looked at it yet. I just wanted to see if it could have possibly been anything else, before I went messing with the core.
[sm=roll.gif] I put one in my 66, but never in a put one in a 69
Yep, there is more "stuff" you gotta take out to get to the core, but hey.....what do we all have but time when working on these dinosaurs. Look at it as a fun experience. Not to mention band-aids for all the scratches on our arms and hands you will definitely get.
yeah...i've been there once before, when I replaced the core in my '68 Cougar. But hey, it's supposed to warm up a little. Maybe I won't have to do it?? lol....
