It's been below 0 here in Jersey, which wouldn't normally keep me from driving my Mustang. But I've been put out because the heat in my Mach 1 is practically non-existant. I haven't checked the heater core yet, but I know there aren't any leaks. The hoses running into it aren't leaking either. Blower works fine, but just pushes cool air through the vents. I can feel just a little bit of warmth in the air coming through the vent after the car is warmed up. Before I further investigate, anyone got any ideas as to why I'm not getting any heat?
my dads truck has the same problem, except its only about 20 degrees here. the temp gauge moves only a little bit, but it has broke before. i don't know.
The T-stat may be stuck open. If everything is ok with the coolingsystem just use the cardboard like suggested above. I have to use that fix on my 69 Mach 1.
