Here is a dumb one - Where do I put oil into a 289?
Is it the the cap that leads through the driver side valve cover? If so, how the hell do I get this cap off? I tried unscrewing it, and popping it off, but it wouldn't budge.

Not sure why you cant get it off, mine just pops off. Once you get it off, that is where you refill the oil...

 

A picture would help. Some have a quarter twist off feature.
