Don't click the link!

I know this type of scam. ALWAYS ENTER EBAY'S ADDRESS IN YOUR BROWSER! This link says ebay, but I bet it isn't. It will redirect you to a site that looks just like it, but they control it. They love to take you to a fake ebay site, ask for you to log in, and then they have your name a password. An extraordinarilly popular scam, and it works a lot.

Send this and any other emails that look suspicious to spoof@ebay.com and they investigate and turn over to the authorities these things. They will also tell you pretty quick if it's bs or real. For the record, spoof@paypal.com is valid for all PayPal fraud.

I wish this were real, I'd take 2.

K codes are the High Performance variant. Rarer and more expensive than the run of the mill engines, like mine. I have a C code, which was the base 289.

EBay has absolutely nothing to do with financial transactions. That's totally between the two parties. Paypal takes care of the financial dealings. That was the first thing that caught my eye, so I knew right away it was a scam. I think I will also draft a letter to EBay to let them know this scum bag is using their good name to scam.

A 'K' code GT Pony Fastback in top condition can (and has) sold for over $60,000.

This is not a K code thread. But, Jim, Thank you for your contribution to the thread even though it is off topic. I don't drink Lonestar.
That is about the worst beer ever brewed.
