Default Another upgrade to the 67 E

Along with finishing the steering column upgrade this weekend, I installed a programmable wideband O2 sensor (LC1) also. This provides formore accurate engine tuning (essential) in the tables and will also allow the use of a dash mounted A/F gauge.I knowsomewill find this boring, but forthose thinking of doing the EFI swap, I thought you may find it interesting.I also had to make a couple of changes in theprogram (HEGO to UEGO). Just a few clicks on the laptop and it was done.

That's pretty cool, thanks for the pics. Seeing the end product is good motivation when I'm looking down into the greasy abyss that is my Mustang's engine bay.

What were the differences in the program between the HEGO and the UEGO?

My project has been interrupted for the past few days because I'm selling my house and it's been taking all my time. Fortunately, I signed the closing documents today. I hope to get back to degreasing tomorrow.

I thought you might find those interesting. The difference is, the HEGO is a narror band and the UEGO is a wide band O2 sensor. I was able to play with the system tonight some and adjusted the V/E tables some (actually the DFI automatically calibrates them) but the air was heavy, and I will probably repete this tomorrow afternoon, if its better weather.Good luck with your build.
