yeah..something is definately wrong. Those should sit just a little ways above your tire. Send 'em back and try a different vendor.

Are you sure you put the same wheels back on?!? I guess double check your work to make sure the shackles aren't binding. If you were to drive it, can you feel the rear compress as you go over bumps? (Just trying to confirm its not "locked out".)

they are the same wheels for sure.I took the picture of the whole car listed above a day before addingnew leaf springs and sanding-fiberglass-priming which was monday.I will recheck work.... shackles were tightened before I lowered the car, I have loosened them now, havent driven it yet to see if it will settle, loosening thebolts on shackles didnt lower it any just sitting there, maybe a drive in a school zone(school is out for summer right now)with 110 speed bumps at 45 mphwill lower it? will see.
