what do you call the part...

on a '65 coupe that is on the opposite side of the door as the kick panels (behind the front seats) beside the rear seat?

we are talking about inside the car, correct? I would have thought the rear quarter panel was the large outside piece.

Jim is correct, if you are talking about the panels that cover the rear seat outer panels (under the windows) Look at an online parts catalog www.cal-mustang.com
