i think it only had one center rear speaker the others look like some one added them

If those were added, they did a damn good job matching the look of the cut outs. I know mine had the hardware setup for two 6x9s in the back.

Those holes are stock. Basically the same thing on my 66.

the holes are normal some one just riped the speakers in there like that

Just as everybody else said, those holes are stock. Mine had the cutouts for two 6x9's as well.

When that car was built the idea of stereo fm sound was still pretty cutting edge.

Seems like I remember seeing a fairly rare "rear window defroster" that fit the center hole. It didn't look terribly efficient, just a fan in a plastic box, more or less.
