The defroster was an option in 1969 on hardtops and Grandes (I think). The first Mustangs had a 'reverb' speaker mounted in the center. It was a dealer option.

you gotta think this is a 60s car most cars then had am radios fm was the newest greatest thing. the 65 impala i had only had 2 speakers one in the center dash and one in the backseat.
