Default Manual steering box with PS

I am in the process of installing power steering on my 65 coupe and have two manual boxes. Any comment regarding the use of a manual ratio box for PS would be appreciated.

Thanks

Default RE: Manual steering box with PS

My '67 Coupe had manual steering. The wheel went 5 turns lock to lock. My power steering upgrade came with a quicker ratio steering box that was 4 turns lock to lock. I think you'd be a lot happier with the quicker ratio box once you have power steering. Replacing the box, however, is no picnic. The easiest way to do that is to pull the motor.
