Default Will my car sit level with Grab-a-trak?

I am going to buy Mustangs Plus' popular Grab-a-trac kit
http://www.mustangsplus.com/Merchant...ry_Code=handle

I understand that a mid leaf will lower the rear about an inch, the reverse eye about 1.5 inches(4 1/2 leaf).
I want to lower the car 1", so I know I need the mid leaf. How do I get the front of the car lowered exactly an inch so that it sits level? Where's the option to change front ride hight/springs? I saw the 'Coil Springs facts', but I didn't translate any direct answers from it.

Edit: I have a '66 Coupe i-6 c4 manual brakes and manual steering, but plan on swapping in a 302, t-5 and 9" w/ discs, so I need it to sit level with that setup; but I can't really have the front end sticking up on this current setup, now can I? So basically, I need the kit to be level now and have minimal nose dip as possible, once a bigger engine is in :-/

Install the kit minus the new front springs. Use your current springs and cut off a portion of the coil until you reach your desired 6 cyl ride height. Then, when you install your V8, put in the new springs and adjust them accordingly.

After installing this kit, your Mustang will sit at stock height in the rear, and 1†below stock height in the front
The springs in that kit are 620s in the front and should make your front end lower by one inch. I just installed that kit but I went with the regular leafs in the back. I should have everything put together monday and I can snag a a few pics and give you a before and after.

I have the mid-eye 4.5 leaf rear springs / the 620 front coil springs / Shelby mod up front / - car sits level and looks great. I'll post a pic later on.

I put stand eye 4.5 leafs and 620 on front and car is level. Even though the 620s are suppose to drop an inch from stock it was higher in front after swap since old coil spings were sagging. If you do mid eye with 620s my guess is your fron may be a little higher. I did not do the shelby dropbut should have. Would like to have the front just a little lower than back. With mid eyes may be about level. I like the suggestion earlier - just cut old springs until you get the 302 put in - then put 620s.

By adjust them, do you mean cut them?

i did the same set up, mid eye four & half leaf with 620 in front. the nose was a touch higher then the rear, so instead of spending the entire weekend pulling the coils, i handed the local spring shop tech some beer money and had the rears arc'd 3/4 in.the back now sits halfinch higher in the front, and doesn't bottom out at all. Consider having the a reputable spring shop set up your leafs to ride height you want, it's cheaper and easier. Leafs can be easily de-arc'd as well as arc'd to achieve the desired height. what amazed me was how much ahalf an inch can change the look of a 65-66.

I will want my Mustang to sit 1" lower than stock height. So instead of having the rear raised, I will have the front lowered.

So the 4 1/2 leaf mid eye with cut stock i-6 springs will lower me front and rear 1"
Same setup 'cept 620 springs and a v-8 will lower me front and rear 1"?
