Green with purple pokadots. Use a Wonder Bread bag as a sample. Make a decision.

I was going to say purple with pink pokadots.

Personally, I think Raven Black, possibly with a hint of metallic flake, is a great color. Just think back to the early days or Ford. "Any color you want, just so long as it's black."

Like everyone says, it your car, you've gotta live with it and to do that, you have to be happy with it. It you're happiest with hot pink, go for it, just don't talk about it too openly if you aren't ready to get laughed at. LOL!!!

Have you guys seen that Captain America Mustang? It's painted like the American flag. Or how about the Southern battle flag stars and bars? If you want to be different, then there ya go.

 

It may be overused, but red always gets attention. When mine is up for repaint, it is gonna stay red.

 

I would loveto see the Capitan America stang. Black metallic is a outstanding color, it does reveil any body boo boos.

 

My dads vettes get a lot of reaction, but whenever they are side by side, any random person who doesnt know about them always flocks to the red car. Because of its color. While all the corvette enthusiasts go to the vert.

 

It is up to you. When I need to repaint mine, If I were to paint my car today it would be a smokey grey with a slight blue tint. It isn't an original Ford color, but it is what I like today.

 

I've been racing with this idea of paint color also. The interior redo is coming up by the end of the year and that's really important with matching up the exterior color (which will come after the interior). Ultimately, I think I will stick with the Wimbledon White and Blue interior. Reasons: originality (the car is very original), resale purposes (incase s*&t hits the fan), and liveability as I don't want this thing to be trailered (I don't want to be concerned when a bug puts a stain on a fresh black paint job). Yea, ultimately it is your decision but we ask anyway just to see what others say- but what are they REALLY thinking!

i saw a color the other day that was just beautiful. it was candy apple red by house of color....it was on a '61 corvette i think and it looked AMAZING. once i get the money thats the color im getting
