Default 1970 Stock Wheels

Does anybody know what size of wheels and tires came stock on a 1970 mustang? What about backspacing?

Is there a web site where I could find this information? I know the dodgestang site, but it doesn't have the stock setup on there.

The previous owner put different tires on, and I don't like them... Thanks!

I think I figured it out (from tire and wheel companies).

Wheels: 14x6, 5 bolts @ 4.5" (114.3 mm), and 3.5" backspacing
Tires: 205/75/14

If this is incorrect, please correct me. Thanks!

Okay, the wheels I'd like to upgrade to have the following specs: 17x8, 5 on 4.5, 5.45 backspace, and +25mm offset.

Would a 1" spacer work to give me the proper offset, and backspacing if I'm going to need a 4.5 backspace?

I believe the MACH's and the CJ's came with a wider wheel. I used to have a set of 14" steelies that were 7 or 8". Factory wheels with FoMoCo stamps. Nice trim rings and poverty caps FTW! I sold them on Ebay for WAAAYYY to cheap.
