Outer wheel house removal
I have gotten this far with the removal of the wheel well with the help of my cutting wheel. How do i get in the back and get the spot welds drilled out?

Well, We did this on our 70 Fastback and the outer wheelwell was seam welded to the inner wheel well. We just used a grinder with a cutoff wheel to cut as close as possible to the seam. Then when we put the new one on and welded it to the existing seam.
After looking closer to your pics it appears that you are also removing the inner wheelhouse. You should be able to get all of the spot welds from the outside as well as the inside.
