Be careful if you jack the car up on the pinch welds on the rocker panes. They bend really easily.
With the factory jack? I've never had a problem with it though I could see howa floor jack which contacts it at concentrated points could damage it. Actually, I'm not sure where you'd safely jack the vehicle with the factory jack besides the pinch welds.
