The ground for the headlights and marker/turn signals for the front ground to the same spot near the headlight. Take off the headlight housing and you should be able to get to it.

The rears ground to the tail light mounting studs in the trunk.

The directional lights/parking lights get a ground right at the parking light housing. Then, as JMD said, the head lights ground thu a wire directly on the headlight plug that attaches to the headlight buckets. Your problem seems to lie in the fact that one of the directional/parking light housings are not properly grounded to either the bulb holder or to the car chassis. This causes a circuit path for the parking lights to backfeed into the directionals (in the turn signal switch) causing the rears to come on. Grounding problems can be the most difficult to correct. Take the parking lamp housing off of the car and look for rust and corrosion, clean it up if found. Changethem if you want, NPD and others have good repops. You may need to ensure that the front valance is also properly grounded to the rest of the car. same for the headlightbucket grounding. same for the rear tailight grounds. And lastly, don't forget about that ground between the engine and the firewall. (although its probably ok clean it up anyways)
