I like the engine myself. Saves space, and really lets the engine bay shine. Probably get pretty good mileage, too.

What paint did you use??? Im doing mine at the moment, and tried using rustoleum painters touch, and that stuff sucks.. Im going to sand and prime and try some krylon..

i just sandblasted the engine bay with silica sand and used self etching primer and then shot it with several coats of semi gloss black from jerrys auto supply

i have a buddy that used that new dulpi color ready spray stuff that have been advertising the crap out of , that base/clear laquer stuff and it looked really nice also! he said he has about 50.00 into it. thats not really bad either! But I think your compartment looks really nice man!
