i know 4 different people that used one and they just quit worked 6 months to a year later.the one my step dad had in his 55 chevy lasted almost 2 years. this was a couple years ago they might make better ones now but i wouldnt try it.4reboy id just get a din size bezel for it and run any din sized radio you like.

Speaking from only my own experience... (with 2 of them)
- Reception (input) is terrible
- Tone Quality(output) is poor

but other than that, they do fit the dash.

Classic Car Audio (Ken Harrison Enterprises) makes a unit that fits the '65 dash with no mods. Doesn't do MP3's, but I have XM satradio in mine...
