I did mine myself. It's not too hard to do. I changed my whole interior from brown to black. The only part I am not happy with is the headliner. I didn't pull the glass to do it so it didn't turn out very good, but I can live with it for now.

Depends on what you want to pay. I have recovered my front seats and they turned out great. If you decide to do make sure you purchase the tools to accomplish the job. I beleive that Mustang Monthly website has a how to article there.

I pulled all the trim out. I used a razor blade at the windows. The center had already seperated so I cut it front to back and peeled it off the sides. I also cut it off of the rods so I could mark which holes they were in to start with. I think that if I would have pulled the glass out so I could pull the ends tight it would have turned out nice.

Headliners are cheap so I might try it again later and replace my window seals.

Recovering seats is a 4 out of 10 in difficulty. I took lots of photos and then used them for reference when I put it all back together. I used hook latch rug backing to replace the worn out burlap. A second set of hands is nice to have while installing the hog rings. I had about 8 hours in the complete job after the paint on the frames dried.

don't mean to steal his thread but it is a question about his question
i just got a 67 coupe and i am going to have to redo my seats and generally the whole inside, can anyone point me in the right direction on how to do this myself if i choose to go this route. and what kind of cost to expect. thanks

I also did my interior, it's pretty easy. Just pay attention to what you're doing and as someone above said, take pictures for reference.

it depends on how far you want to go with it. i did the sport seat conversion so for me it cost about $1000 for the seats, door panels, carpet, sun visors, gauge bezel, and glove box. it is about $200-300 less if you dont do the sport seat conversion i think.
