Default Need some help deciding on this deal

I know this is a heck of a long post…but I want some advice.
I got this list of parts from a guy about 2 hours away from me, and I am thinking of driving out there to buy this stuff.
He has so many spare parts he is selling, it is tough for me to decide if I should shell out the money and get it all now, thinking I will probably need it all at one time or another or just get what I need right now, and hope to find the rest later.
Here is his email:

Hey Steve,

This is what I have laying around right now.

1967 Mustang parts:

These parts are New In the Box

Ignition switch with keys $7.95
Cowl Vent cover (I used this 2 times) $26.95
Cowl vent repair kit – collars $15
Chrome oil tube and dipstick $13.95
Chrome Door lock $5.95
Steering Wheel Hub emblem (this is hard to come by)
$22.95
Deluxe dash emblem $29.95
FORD letters for hood $6.95
Rear shackle kit – poly $44.95
Leaf eye bushings $21.95
¼ or headlight bucket seal (I have 3 of these)$3.95
each
trunk weatherstrip (out of plastic but not used) $9.95
hood turn signal gasket $2.95
parking brake handle $5.95
deck lid bumpers $2.25
deluxe door cup inserts (I have one for each door) $10
slave cylinder seal kit $9.95
LH bumper fender bracket $2.95
Door rubber bumpers $2.00

I also have a set of door hinges (both upper and lower
for both doors), these are reproduction parts (not
NOS), I think I paid like $45 for these and never used
them.

If I added right – I paid $254.0 for all this stuff
plus shipping. I would be willing to go 2/3rd (total
of $165.00) or just choose whatever you need or want.

These are original parts I have laying around as well.
I will try to describe as some are worth more than
others.

Deluxe door panels w/ aluminum inserts (these would be
OK for driver or could use the aluminum, better yet
use the aluminum as a backing plate to the new applica
they make.) $25

A.C. compressor brace (hard to find part that is not
reproduced yet) $25
Variety of shifter handles for auto tranny shifter
pick one for $10

Steering wheel w/ chrome bezel (the wheel has a number
of cracks and the bezels has average pitting – driver
quality only or do a restore) $5

Original owners manual $8

Bumpers front and rear (average condition – use for
driver or rechrome) $20Both outside door handles
Both interior door handles
All four window cranks
All six taillight bezels
Sunvisors with bracket
Bumper guards for front and rear (average driver only
or rechrome)
Console ash tray cover
Window lace
Rearview mirror with bracket
Front valance support
2 BBL carb spacer
turn signal lenses (1 good 1 average or worse)
spare tire hold down bolt
gas pedal
brake pad
headlight switch bezel
I think everything I listed is right at $360. I am
open to you picking and choosing as to what you need,
or I would be willing to let you clear me out of
everything for a $300. Just let me know and I will
make sure what you want gets kept for you. If you are
not interested in any of this, that is fine as well.

that looks like a pretty good deal, if it's all as he described.

If you are going to use most of that, it looks like a great deal. Anything you dont use, you could ebay and I am sure you would make out well with this deal.

I really don't think you can lose on this deal.Use what you need and get some money back on the rest. That's saying his pricing is correct.
