cam shaft removal

how do i get the cam out of my 302... every thing is off but the cam... all the pistons. crank etc...

put a bolt in the end of the cam so you have something to grab onto. it should just pull out.

make sure the lifters are out. you have to take the came gear off and unbolt the cover plate. them i usually put the cam gear back on loosely as its a much better handle then just a bolt sticking out
