Default front driver side tire noise ??

So I went and picked up my car today from the shop after getting new shoes, wheel cylinders, and ball joints all around the front. I'm driving it home and I run over a small bump and I hear a grinding noise in my front driver side tire. Any idea on what that would be? It would do it for a little bit and then stop, but it was making me nervous.

Not sure if it helps but the tires are a bit low and do need air, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

One other thought. If they relaced the wheels cylinders, maybe a spring or bracket in your braking system has popped loose or shifted.

That's what I'm afraid of. I'm going to have to get it looked at I don't like the sound of it and I don't want my wheel falling off...sigh...
