Has anyone had experience installing new door data plate rivets?

Is there a special tool or do you just seat them with a punch?

 

From the description at Virginia Classic Mustangs:

"Just insert the rivet in the hole and tap the center with a flat punch or even a phillips screwdriver. The back of the rivet has four cuts that allow it to spread out/expand."

Just make sure you are VERY gentle with the punch or you will go through it.
