Fuel for 289 V8??

California is 87, 89, 91, plus it has a crapload of additives and the fuel is different in variousparts of the state [:'(]

At around $5.50 a gallon, C10 is not economical for a daily driver, and a total waste unless you have a crapload of compression or boost

but i run 110 in my tractor pullin tractor

its not hardly a farm tractor anymore though

yea ca is 87 89 91 at normal gas stations....at the race tracks u can get 100 and 110.

I know in bullhead AZ, I remember seeing 87,89,91, & 92 which i was a little shocked

but my nieghbor runs 112 in his chevelle, but he goes to a place here in our town and they make the mix that he wants..

my buddy runs 91 in his stang

It took me some trial and error to find agood premium gas around here. Just dont fill it up until you find the station that works best.

The bad gas in my car had me thinking my initalwas off and my carb needed tuned.....but fortunatly i found the guys here on MF !!!
