I understand the difference between the 2V and 4V heads. But what is the difference between the 2v and 4V cleveland?

There is no difference in the block between 2v and 4v cleveland.
There is also no difference in the block between 2 bolt and 4 bolt cleveland mains aside from the drilling and tapping for the extra holes of course.
