Can u hook up fog lights without changing wiring? I am thinking gettin a grille with fog lights in it. I was wondering if i would have to make a seperate way to turn them on or if i could just hook them up to the regular light switch.

The resuling total current may exceed what the switch is designed for, and cause the thermal breakers built into the switch to cycle on and off. This will make your lights cycle on and off.

Why not buy the proper foglight switch and wire it correctly

when you do something with our cars, make sure you do it right the first time or you'll be like WTF later on down the road, esp with what little wiring some of us have (this xcludes the EFI guys)
