Default 318 Mustang

this was an odd question a few of us were talking about.

if someone wanted to(who cares why, but...) put a 318-340-360 (MOPAR) engine in a mustang, what would they have to do?

does someone actualy make conversion mounts, etc.

You are talking about the MOPAR purists right superdavid? I would be more afraid of them than us, those guys are fanatical about being correc, they are crazy. They are willing to pay huge amounts for correct stickers. I have to say the normal MOPAR purist is ten times worse than the biggest purist on this site.

And treefrog hopefully you have a rather large bank account to do that conversion, or have magical fabrication skills.

NO, no money or skills here, but I have imagination and friends....but it was just a question.
I can not imagine it would be that far out of easy to do... if you can put ANY engine in a hotrod(such as a 32 ford) why not here...
but it would take some expertise to make sure you would have no issues.

MOPAR has bule too ...

I know, I know, ... but a lot of you guys have seen some out there things done with/to Mustangs.

I remember the first opera window I in a 66 Mustang. I have seen many pics since, but it was an odd looking thing
