intake gasket?

Default intake gasket?

does it matter which side of the gasket goes against the head and which side goes against the intake? I noticed one side has a slight raised ridge around the ports

It should be imprinted in the gasket, look closely.

Not always imprinted on the gasket. I put theraised sealstowards the intake.
