well, the dealer is a friend of mine which is how I found it and I must confess it was love at first sight.... when you say "in better shape" is there anything you see that would make you want to pay less for it?

Grill is missing pony and corral-nice looking car...buy it...YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE.....whats the worse that can happen...you lose a couple hundred when you sell it down the road...buy it,enjoy it and live a little.

Or you could just leave the pony off, that's what I'm planning to do as mine is not that great looking.
